Don't touch that dial

Keep in mind i am still working on this game, it is not finished yet. essentially what i put out was a demo. I understand that the gameplay might be a bit boring and not that scary. i would like to know what were you not scared by? was it the monster? the lack of tension? Please tell me so i may improve this experience for you.
